Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchased from Zoomda.com – please return or exchange it. We will accept returns for items for up to 30 days following the date of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, with all tags, warranty cards, and accessories included.

Easy Steps to Returning:

• Call Zoomda.com’s customer service to get a request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Package the item with all tags, warranty cards, and accessories in original packaging securely.

• The recommended shipping methods are UPS, FedEx, or FedEx with a tracking number or USPS with delivery confirmation. COD shipments will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a refund to your credit card, or in the case of an exchange, a replacement item will be shipped.

Please Note:
If the returned item was part of an order that took advantage of our free shipping promotion, and the purchase amount of the returned item deducted from the initial order, makes the initial order total less than the free shipping promotion amount, the shipping for the initial order will be deducted from the refunded amount.
